the courtesy to call us 2 days prior to the event.
Weather Policy
We understand that sometimes the weather can be discouraging,
however, these bouncers are made to be enjoyed in good weather and even
when it's "not so good". But even we have limits!
The following reasons ARE causes for Time2Party to cancel a
delivery:
- Any
rain in the forecast which poses danger to kids and rental
equipments.
- Winds
over 30 mph or temperatures under 40 degrees F
- These
decisions will be made no sooner than 7 p.m. the evening prior to
the event and no later than 8 a.m. the morning of the event.
We also understand that from time to time special circumstances may
come up and we try to accommodate all reasonable requests.
Additional Delivery/Labor
Fees will apply accordingly:
*No delivery
beyond 30 miles of Lawndale
(90260). Use Mapquest.
*Additional $10/5mi increments will apply outside 10 mile radius
(jumper rentals only).
*Additional $20 fee will apply for extra labor on homes/bldg
with steps/stairs (max 5 steps).
*Additional $10 deposit required, for each rented food
equipments, at time of delivery. Dep. returned if thoroughly cleaned and
undamaged. Damaged to equipment(s) will result as much as replacement
value on the contract.
*Additional $1/mi will apply each way (delivery/pickup) for
rentals without jumpers.
*Additional $25-$100 fee (depends on extent of labor) will
apply to jumpers inspected after pickup with gum/mud/candies/markers,
etc.
Daily Rentals
Daily rentals are based on a 6 to 8 hour period from the time
of delivery.
Pickup times:
Mon-Thur: latest pickup
9pm
Fri/Sat: latest pickup
10pm
Sun: latest pickup 9pm
Rental Replacements due to
Damages
Customer shall be responsible for any and all damage to any of the
rental equipment not caused by wear and tear. "Ordinary wear and
tear" shall mean only the normal deteriotion of the rental equipment
caused by ordinary, reasonable and proper use of the rental equipment.
Damage which is not "ordinary wear and tear" includes, but is
not limited to cutting or tearing of vinyl or netting, damage due to
overturning, overloading, exceeding rated capabilities, improper use,
abuse, lack of cleaning, contamination of or dirtying of rental equipment
with non-approved items such as chemicals, non-approved food, paint,
silly string, mud, clay, or other materials.
